Zumba for charity 2010

come come....join me and whole lots of ppl to do some charity for the Kiwanis club. ticket sold at RM18 and is for a good cause. two hours on a sunday morning....oh well sacrifice one sunday morning la.....i know some would just love to crawl and sleep till late afternoon :p but i believe one day we sleep forever...y waste just to sleep rite? do some good deeds and you have good blessing in future :) hope see you all there!

GROWN UPS 2010

Yup.....watched twice in cinema...once in Pyramid and last sunday watched in 1U. the movie was hilarious and good. acted by Adam Sandler (luv him in "Mr Deeds"),Kevin James (luv him in "The King of Queens"),Chris Rock (almost all his movies),David Spade (luv him in "Rules of engagement") and Rob Schneider (luv him in "The hot chicks") & Salma Hayek (luv her in "Desparado").

The comedy begins in 1978 which 5 good friends won their only junior high basketball champioship and during the celebration of their winning, their coach asked them to live their lives in a similar way to how they played the game. after 30 yrs later, they were reunited to honor the passing of their beloved coach. with their families (wifey and kids) they spend holiday wkend at the lake house where they celebrated their championship when they were kids.during the wkend (which they had fun spending time together and picking up whr they left out), they found out that growing older doesn't mean you're grown up....really good and funny. worth watching......from scale of 10, i give 8.5 :)

Queue up...walao damn alot ppl on sat in Pyramid but we managed to get two tickets tho is 4th row from d screen :). we got the 4.45pm show. went in damn...no air cond throughout the movie....haih. luckily as usual i dun wear sweater just normal top and skirt hehehehehe.....anyways, here the synopsis :
The Back-Up Plan or can be known as "Plan B" is a romantic comedy film, acted by Jennifer Lopez and Alex O'Loughlin (which i dun find him that handsome but just okok)
The story begins..."Zoe (Jennifer Lopez) cannot find the man of her dreams, but wants a child anyway. She undergoes artificial insemination. The same day she meets Stan (Alex O'Loughlin) when they step into the same taxi, both claiming to be first. She joins a mutual aid group of single pregnant women (which i find d group they so lesbian...and oso weird esp d mum breast feeding her daughter which turns out to be a 3 years old child...???) Zoe and Stan fall in love, but Zoe does not tell him about the insemination. It turns out to be successful, she becomes pregnant, but only after some weeks she tells Stan about it (in his "cheese" barn after making love...hehehe) He is first angry that she did not tell him earlier, but later accepts it. He hangs around a children's playing area to imagine how it is to be father (which he met a dad and his 3 sons), but is suspected to be a pervert; this is soon cleared up. Zoe turns out to be pregnant of twins. Due to a remark of Stan that the twins are not his, Zoe thinks he does not accept to become father of them, and breaks off the relationship. Later she wants to mend it, and Stan accepts."

overall....was good and funny. out of scale 1-10, i give 8.5 :)

GERMANY ! GERMANY !!!

Yes....Germany in semi......hohoho. Mueller so far d best player in Germany...fast and young and cute too..:p. this coming friday (09.07.10 morning) they will against Spain...pui! okok....both team are good....will be a good match :)

Sex and the City is an American romantic comedy series which turn into movie after many years later.
The film stars Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie, Kim Cattrall as Samantha, Kristin Davis as Charlotte, Cynthia Nixon as Miranda, and Chris Noth as Mr Big (Carrie's hubby), who reprised their roles from the previous film and TV series. It also features cameos from Liza Minnelli, Miley Cyrus, and Penélope Cruz.
The adventure and story begins :
"Carrie Bradshaw finally bagged John "Mr. Big" Preston, the man she was always meant to be with. Just as Charlotte must deal with her young daughter's "terrible two's", Carrie must deal with her relationship taking a turn for the worse - Big likes to watch old black-and-white movies on TV and eat take-out food and of course lying on the beautiful black leather couch, which prevents Carrie from feeling like the free-wheeling party girl she used to be. Meanwhile, Miranda copes with a new boss that can't handle an intelligent, powerful woman, (always asked her to shut up...hehehe)and Samantha works a public relations angle that gets the fashionable foursome an all-expense-paid trip to Abu Dhabi".....where the fun and hilarious part of the movie :). u can see all 4 of them wears cun and pretty and nice and sexy clothing where all gals dream to have one....."and their sun-drenched adventure to one of the most luxurious, exotic and vivid places on earth, where the party never ends and there's something mysterious around every corner. It's an escape that comes exactly at the right moment for the four friends, who are finding themselves in - and fighting against - the traditional roles of marriage, motherhood and more".

Overall movie was good and i find very meaningful and funny at the same time. Who wants to be my 3 besties...hehehe. I give 8/10 for this movie....:)

Prince of Persia (The sands of time)

Yup another movie....purchased online for two tickets. Some said was good and some thinks suck movie...but i felt movie was good....ermmm maybe bcoz of the actor Jake Gyllenhaal :p....ooo he so handsome and hunky hehehe. Graphic was just so so.... overall storyline was pretty exciting and almost perfect. anyways, here the synopsis from a website :

"Set in the mystical lands of Persia, a rogue prince and a mysterious princess race against dark forces to safeguard an ancient dagger capable of releasing the Sands of Time -- a gift from the gods that can reverse time and allow its possessor to rule the world.
Adopted from the streets of Nasaf by King Sharaman of Persia, young Dastan (my fav Jake Gyllenhaal)grows up amongst royalty and quickly earns his place as a mighty warrior and prince. As his brothers Garsiv and Tus plan battle strategies, a spy sends word that the Holy City of Alamut has been supplying weapons to enemies of Persia. Go see for yourself.....from scale 1-10, i give 8 :) think my fren will give the same score for this movie....great minds think alike hohoho

Reached office a few minutes ago...haih nobody pun :( ok while waiting ppl to come in, tot blogging....later in the evening will be watching Prince of Persia. hopefully will be a nice and good movie :) maybe will go to a nearby mamak to have dinner and watch tonite match Korea Republic vs Greese & Argentina vs Nigeria.....hehehe.
Ystd only watched the last few minutes of S.A vs Mexico.....yea met Stel,Boy and Con. had dinner in RakuZen and had desert in Snowflake. so by the time i got home about 11+ liao.....oh well,saw S.A scored a goal. after that, too tired had shower and uploaded few photos in FB and headed to bed zzzzz

U know last Sun after my gym class, i went to hair saloon...dyed,cut,wash and hair treatment cost me RM190.00 haih..3 mths ago she only charged me RM160.00....gonna find a new hair saloon soon.....each time i go surely she charge me either more RM10 and now rediculous RM30.00 more....think i print money meh :( now my hair lil bit more to blacky reddish and with a side lil fringe (bob style) :) not like previous "sweetie pumpkin pie" kind of look hehehehe.....i always and will remember tis nickname...given by someone :)

SHREK FOREVER AFTER

Purchased online for 4 person at 7.20pm. reached there before 7pm...bought wasabi fries at the nearby outlet of the cinema in TGV Pyramid. That was our dinner...yup simple and unhealthy...:)here the synopsis :

"Just before Princess Fiona’s rescue by Shrek in the first film, King Harold and Queen Lillian seek out the magic deal-maker Rumpelstiltskin (i tot this fairy tale all about a king and his daughter and a spinning wheel & also taking his daughter's first born?...hmmmm)for help breaking Fiona’s curse. Harold is about to sign a contract to break the curse in exchange for Rumpelstiltskin becoming king of Far Far Away when word comes that Fiona has been rescued. In the present, a disgruntled Rumpelstiltskin wishes that Shrek was never born."

"Well, if you're Shrek, you suddenly wind up a domesticated family man. Instead of scaring villagers away like he used to, a reluctant Shrek now agrees to autograph pitch forks. Oh well....movie was good but too short just 90 minutes. if scale from 1...10, i give 6 :)

hmmmmm....ystd 09.06.10 i had tis feeling....miss my ex all the sudden. dun ask me why but i just miss him ystd and i sms him...telling him "i miss ya and maybe i was being emo". he replied me back "dun be emo la working now"....guess he busy with his new job. happie he found a job that he enjoy working in compare to his previous co...CPC hahaha. is not that miss miss that i want him back into my life....but miss miss him as a good fren which i share my ups and downs...usually downs and he sometimes do cheer me up by "deng" me back....hahahaha. we got used to DSDF each other...which i really miss right now. anyways, if u reading tis (which u dun have time to do so) MISS YA!

Puchased 3 tickets for 8.45pm movie....had dessert for dinner and sky juice. waited for alex to turn up...tot he be late but tis time he was just on time..hehehe. anyways, here the synopsis :

"Robin Hood chronicles the life of an expert archer, previously interested only in self-preservation, from his service in King Richards army against the French. Upon Richards death, Robin travels to Nottingham, a town suffering from the corruption of a despotic sheriff and crippling taxation, where he falls for the spirited widow Lady Marian (Oscar winner Cate Blanchett), a woman skeptical of the identity and motivations of this crusader from the forest. Hoping to earn the hand of Maid Marian and salvage the village, Robin assembles a gang whose lethal mercenary skills are matched only by its appetite for life. Together, they begin preying on the indulgent upper class to correct injustices under the sheriff."

First part was boring...maybe is their english slang....:p. but in middle and at ending was good...i give 5.5/10 for tis movie :)
